My recent stay at Arc En Ciel in Diano Marina provided just that, with its charming dining ambiance and commitment to using excellent local products. The breakfast, while generally enjoyable, could benefit from more savory options to cater to varied palates, though the pastries were delightful for those with a sweet tooth. The true gem lay in the dinner service. Each dish crafted at the Bar-Ristorante Cap Landen showcased innovative twists on traditional Italian cuisine, and the stunning sea-view dining room added to our experience, making each meal both a feast for the eyes and palate. Equipped with friendly and attentive staff, the overall atmosphere was welcoming, though a minor renovation could enhance the overall appeal. The hotel's direct access to the crystal-clear sea and the availability of activities like kayaking were additional perks that complemented our gourmet experience. I left Arc En Ciel eager to return and indulge in more culinary delights while soaking in the serene coastal beauty.
